Conception Frustrations?
If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?

30 or 35 seems young!

I realise it must be frustrating not to get pregnant again, and discovering that conception after 35 is harder. I just turned 40 (seems young to me!) I was remarried at 37 in 2004 after a 14 year childless marriage (sort of by choice, but it's a long story). My husband is away a great deal and we have been TTC for nearly 3 years now. I finally tried clomid to improve my ovulatory function which seems to have worked (no ultrasounds, but periods seem better) but after 4 cycles I just got my period again today. Ugh! I'm trying not to get frustrated, but it's difficult. I was advised by my spiritual guide that all the trials and tribulations I've been through will help me understand and help other women when I finally suceed in conceiving and bringing the pregnancy to term. So, I would say, don't get frustrated, this is yet life experience from which to grow.... :) We are also going through the adoption process, and will have a family one way or another. Good luck and happiness to all.
