So Long Period Stains
Who hasn't had a period stain or two along the
way? From undies to fav jeans, period stains can be a royal pain. But happily they're often non-fatal and can be
mostly/completley removed.
The power of oxygen removes blood stains.

1) Rinse thoroughly in cold water.
2)Wring out excess water and pour enough hydrogen peroxide on clothing to saturate the stain.
3) Watch the peroxide bubble and loose the stain!
4) Rinse and repeat steps 2 and 3, if desired.
5) Wash item with a laundry soap like ERA Plus (a soap that fights protein-based stains). Rub a bit of the soap directly on to the stain just prior to washing. Wash using cold water. If the stain has been removed, dry as usual. If not, I would then soak the garment in a oxygen type stain solution like OxyPlus. There are many similar products. Follow instructions on the container and wash in cold water after the soaking.
