Conception Frustrations?
If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?

Everybody's pregnant but me!

Posted by: Wannabeamomma on Sat Nov 24, 2007
My husband and I have been TTC for almost a year now! I had very irregular periods up until September this year and my Dr wouldnt put me on anything because she felt that my period was so irregular because I had been on Depo and was only off it for a year ( I was on it for 2). In september we got the best suprise ever, I was 6 weeks pregnant! We were so excited because it was the last thing we'd expected. Then exactly 1 week after finding out and telling everybody we knew, I miscarried. We have been trying everything since then to get pregnant again and I know you should generally wait atleast 1-3 cycles to try again but we recently found out that he will be deploying late next year and we really want to get pregnant as soon as we can so that he can be here for the birth. To top things off it seems like everybody I know is now pregnant! I know I should be happy for them because like us, want a little bundle of joy but I find it hard to be happy for them because we want a baby so badly and havent been able to get pregnant again. It seems like everybody who doesnt want a baby or really doesnt need a baby in their life right now is being blessed with one and we arent! Am I the only one out there that feels this way???
