Feminine Protection Usage
What was the first type of feminine protection you used - pads, tampons, menstrual cup? Do you still use the same feminine protection, or did you switch completely - when, why?

Cloth and Diva for me!

I've been a Diva Cup / cloth pad user for years! I will never go back to tampons or disposable pads. For the first day or two of my period, my flow is too heavy for Diva Cup alone, so I use both. I usually use just pads at night. Making my own is easy an cheap!! When my daughter started her period 7 years ago, I bought her a sample of everything and let her choose. It was about a year after she started that I discovered cloth and Diva. She was an easy convert as well!
