When do you take a pregnancy test?
At what point during your cycle do you take a pregnancy test? If you are trying to conceive do you wait the Two Week Wait, or do you start testing earlier? Or, if you're not trying to conceive, how late are you when you start testing?

When my period was a week late, my boyfriend was adamant that we go buy a test. Neither of us was planning this, but I thought it would be a good idea to wait, not only out of nerves but because i feel like its too soon to tell. we went ahead and took the test and it was negative. both of us agreed, though, that i should take another one in the morning, which was also negative. but deep down, for some reason i don't trust the test's results. all i can do right now is wait it out to be sure. was it too soon to test? or are we both just totally paranoid?
