I do have severe cramps before, during, and after my period. I have terrible cramps during ovulation. I am also constantly spotting. I don't have much faith in doctors anymore. I have endometriosis. I have had a tubal pregnacy and a miscarriage. I have no children and am 38. I am so tired all the time. I wish I could get someone to help me instead of telling it will be okay (doctors).
