I have had intolerable PMS my whole adult life (last 10 years) and what I found helps with my cramping & bloating that makes my whole body feel like it is a solid bruise is to have a few tall glasses of milk throughout the 1st day or 2. cramping goes away almost immediately (even my midol takes longer to work)when I stay on the milk I lose the fatigue that comes along with the pain. Try it I swear by it unless of course ur lactose intolerant!
