Regular periods but possible PCOS

PCOS without irregular periods. The length of my last 12 cycles in reverse chronological order: 26, 28, 29 26, 27, 29, 28, 28, 29, 28, 27 and 26.
I have facial hair that seems to get worse with each passing day. I tweeze 2-3 times a week. Each time takes about 45 minutes. I can't shave because it is that obvious and coarse now.
I've had my male hormones checked. Normal. Thyroid is not ideal but within normal range. I am exhausted. My hair pretty much fell out earlier this year and is growing back VERY slowly. I'm simply fed up.
When I went to my gyn for an annual exam, I noted these problems and figured that she'd check for PCOS but she didn't so I'm going back on Tuesday.
