Dealing wth Premenstrual Syndrome
Which PMS symptoms do you get? Are your symptoms tolerable or really disruptive? How do you deal with PMS, and what, if anything, helps you the most?

What is worse...the remedy or the disease?

I first got my period at the age of nine and have never really been regular. Heavy periods, sporadic, etc. After having my first child things seemed to get, if anything, worse. My period lasts on average 7-10 days and i am "myself" from the minute it arrives (pretty much) until my first day of ovulation when my anxiety, breast soreness, sadness, HEAVY cramping and joint pain are at an all time high. After tracking my period here since february my dr determined my cycle to be too irregular and put me on the pill (mircette) to regulate my period as my cycle fluctuaded from 41 days to 28, back to 36, etc. I am really hopeful but since i started the pills (i am now on week 2) i feel as bad as i do during ovulation, only i feel this bad now ALL THE TIME! Can anyone relate? I want to become regular and hopefully have another child but this whole thing is pretty discouraging :(
