Conception Frustrations?
If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?

Frustrated, Tired and Trying to be Patient

Posted by: bamom on Wed Aug 20, 2008
My DH and I have been trying to conceive for past 7 months and have had no luck. I'm turning 31 in Nov. and my hubby is 32. We were and still are excited about starting a family, but after months of timing, opks and bfn it takes a toll on you. As supportive as we are of each other it gets stressful to point you have trouble sleeping some times, you have anxiety just thinking about it or during the waiting process and I wonder if some thing is just wrong with me. You try so hard to avoid to get pregnant when your younger, but when you are ready and stable, it takes longer than you think. And as happy as am for my family and friends who are getting pregnant and having babies left and right, I can't help to feel a little sad and wonder when is it going to be our turn. I guess it especially doesn't help with the family keeps asking us when are you going to have a baby? Are you pregnant yet? Thank you for listening, I'm pmsing and I just had to let me frustrations out. Its nice to know that there are other women who are going through the same thing I am and understand. I haven't give up hope and ladies don't give up hope either. Some day it happen to us...baby dust to all....
