Tea that helps with AF

Posted by: melissa_parker on Mon Sep 8, 2008
I hate my periods... ugh! The cramps, bloating, breast swelling and tenderness, cravings, mood swings.. it's pure hell. My periods are unpredictable. They can last up to two weeks or as "magically" appers. My cramps are the worst of it. As soon as AF comes, it all over with. I'm laid up in bed for that entire week tossing and turning from the pain. I've tried everything I could think of (OTC pain meds, persciription pain meds, heat wraps, heating pads, hot baths.. you name it and I've tried it.). I just heard about this herbal tea so I though... "Why not, I'll give it a try." and guess what?! So far it's been working. It's called "Yogi Tea Woman's Don Quai Tonic". It's supposed to help with low energy, imbalanced hormones, cramps, bloating... practically all the horrible things we have to go through each time AF arrives. My cramps are still there but they are tolerable now and I am actually able to function. The bloating isn't as severe eaither nor is the breast swelling and tenderness. I don't know about the regulating of the periods yet but I am being optimistic. If you are having these problems give it a try. So far I am pleasently surprized. You can get 16 tea bags for about $4.00. I bought two boxes and it was only $14.57 after tax and shipping.

I've tried practically everything and so far this is the only thing that has worked.
