PMS with anovulation?

I got off of depo provera over 1.5 years ago and started having periods again in September 2008. My periods have since, been irregular (as they were before the depo) but the longest cycle length I've had is 42 days.
I don't think I ovulated at all this month. I had no EWCM and no breast pain which is usual for me at the time of ovulation. I'm now on day 43 of my cycle. Just for the record, we've been using condoms for birth control and didn't have any obvious breaks or leaks.
I did however have a ton of PMS symptoms, from depression, mood swings, bloating, and insomnia.
I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to have PMS symptoms but not ovulate.
