Never ending spotting

Has anyone else experienced brown spotting for days?? I was supposed to get AF on March 4th. I started spotting brown on the 5th and it hasn't stopped!! It's been 9 days and counting for this. I haven't had any cramps and only had two days where there was anything other than brown spotting (the two days I had pink only when I wiped..sorry for the TMI)What the heck could be causing this to happen?
