Roll On Menopause!

I've modified my diet as much as I'm prepared to. I don't smoke, seldom drink and get regular exercise. I like my food and I'm not prepared to be held hostage by this crap. My wonderful doctor started me on an Rx diuretic in the week leading up to my period. It was the only thing that helped with the horrible breast swelling and pain. Its been great. I also rely on Pamprin to get me thru that week as well. Mind you, it would help if the PMS didn't start as much as two weeks ahead of an expected period. I don't know why some women dread menopause. As far as I'm concerned, it will be absolute heaven! I plan to save the money I have to spend every month on pills and tampons, and instead, treat myself to a monthly pamper session.
