ttc for so long

Been ttc for six years...been through iui and clomid...don't know what else to do...I would give anything for another child...my son is almost 10 yo...I'm afraid that by the time i conceive he will be too old to appreciate being an older brother...anyone have any inspiring words?...I am at the end of my rope.
