Dealing wth Premenstrual Syndrome
Which PMS symptoms do you get? Are your symptoms tolerable or really disruptive? How do you deal with PMS, and what, if anything, helps you the most?
I found help.

I used to be very wacky when it came to PMS. You name it, I had it.....moody, cranky, headaches, bloating, cramps, ate everything in site, miserable during cyle.....etc......
BUT I found that if I modify my diet the week to 10 days before my period, symptoms are 100% better. (cut out white breads and starches, limit fried foods and high sugars..its worth the sacrifice!) I also found subsititutions for the things I crave...Instead of the King Size Snickers, I eat chocolate pudding. I also went to a nutritionist and purchased some natural progesterone cream which helps with hormonal balance.
Hope this helps.
