Dealing wth Premenstrual Syndrome
Which PMS symptoms do you get? Are your symptoms tolerable or really disruptive? How do you deal with PMS, and what, if anything, helps you the most?

I have horrible PMS, cramps, bloating and heavy periods each month. I have just started a vitamin regimen and this first month has been MUCH better - I hope it continues. I have been taking vitamin b complex, magnesium, zinc, vitamin e and vitamin c. I also use 1 tablespoon of flax meal in my oatmeal each day, starting about 10 days before I get my period. I have found I have more energy and am not as edgy.
