You, TTC, and Your Partner
Your Trying to Conceive partner is, of course, there physically. Is he also emotionally supportive, especially if you get a BFN when you hoped this would be the month? Is he open to on-going TTC related talk when you want/need it?

Frustrations of male issues..You may be in the same boat.

I'm with everyone in the same boat. My husband and I have been trying for a LONG TIME... YEARS We found out three years ago he had a low sperm count and it had bad form and movement. I cried for three days. We went yesterday to get results from a well known fertility doctor of a new analysis to find that everything had doubled and the motility and everything is good. He does however have oxidized stress causing breaks in the DNA of the sperm but we should be able to conceive. He has to take vitamins. This doctor recommends men to take Vitamin E, vitamin C, L Cari tine and a normal multivitamin. It helps keep the sperm healthy and build them up with what they need. So keep us in your prayers. I will keep you all in mine.

I advise all women to have their men try these same vitamins....
