Your Trying to Conceive partner is, of course, there physically. Is he also emotionally supportive, especially if you get a BFN when you hoped this would be the month? Is he open to on-going TTC related talk when you want/need it?

Consider Male Fertility Too

Remeber ladies, that almost half of all fertility issues are male related. Have your partners get checked. Right after my girlfriend got married, she had terrible abdominal pain. She went to the ER and found that her fallopian tubes were about to rupture and had to be removed. As a result she turned to IVF. During the IVF process, they determined that her husbands sperm were round shaped and not pointed enough to penetrate the egg. They would likely not have been able to conceive on their own anyway. They now have a beautiful 10 mo old baby girl!
