Cycle Perplexities

My PMS symptoms confuse me

Posted by: SofiesMama on Tue Dec 22, 2009
We've been TTC now for six months. I have a 2 year old daughter and my only sign of pregnancy with her was that I was tired a lot. Each month I get so disappointed because I get my period, but my periods are pretty predictable and i'm on a 36 day cycle. Here's my problem though:

It seems that with each period I have for the past four months or so, I get a new pms symptom. I could swear up and down that i'm pregnant because I have it all: nausea, things taste different, I can smell things better, fatigue, very heavy discharge, cramps, bloating etc. Sometimes I feel these sharp pains run from my pelvic area right up to my belly for a couple of seconds, then its over. But never pregnant. Once my period starts the symptoms go away. Wierd huh? It just sucks because now there's no way to tell, unless I take a test, if im pregnant or not.

Anyone else have these crazy pms problems? Makes it hard when TTC and your period acts all funky like this.
