Positive Ovulation Test!

Ok so heres my stats. I took and ovulation test yesterday and it was negative. I took one today and it was positive. So does that mean I will ovulate tomorrow or the next day. I felt really crampy all day today and it felt like it was on both sides and had some lower back discomfort. I am confused and don't know when the right days to do the deed are. We are trying for our 3rd child and this will be the second month we have been on Clomid. I just need some advice. LOBD to everyone and I hope this will be our month.
