TTC After M/C
Are you trying to conceive after one or more miscarriages? How long did you (or will you) wait until TTC again? Who or what has been helpful to you during your difficult time: faith, the support of your partner/friends/families (or did you find them unable to relate?), others who you now found out also m/c'd...

Can anybody help?

I am really hoping someone who has experienced what I am going through can give me some insight. Ok, I am 5 weeks pregnant. Yesterday, I started bleeding. It's not SEVERE, like running down my leg or anything, but it is more than just "spotting." It's almost exactly like a period, and I am having light, "period-like" cramps as well. So, I went to the ER as soon as I saw the blood in the toilet. Here's what I found out at the ER:
--HCG level had not gone down but rather had increased from 700 to 5900 in just 4 days!
--Ultrasound found no masses in my fallopian tubes, so no ectopic pregnancy
--Ultrasound found what they wrote as, "Likely intrauterine pregnancy with early gestational sac, 5 weeks 1 day." (Pregnancy in my uterus)
--Pelvic exam did not report my cervix being open or abnormal.

So, the really only BAD thing going on is the bleeding. I have been ordered to be on bed rest until I see my doctor. My questions to whomever can help is: when you miscarry, what exactly is it like (amount of blood, etc.)? What do the clots look like? (I am seeing little red solid things in my blood, but not sure what a "clot" should look like) How severe should my cramps/pain be if I am miscarrying? Is it possible that this is normal pregnancy bleeding?

Anything is helpful! Thank you and luck to you!
