TTC After Birth Control
Did you recently -- or some time ago -- come off birth control to TTC? What birth control were you using? Have your periods/cycles returned to your normal? Are you waiting a few months, or trying right away?

TTC a month after BC

Hello I'm new here! ...and attempting to find some answers and support! I had been on BC's for 12 years, I stopped at the begining of May. Unfortunately, my period began again on the 29. It has been unlike any other I have expierienced! Very painful and heavy!! My GYN told me that I could be irregular....I guest this month 1 for me ! hopefully we won't have to wait too long! Any advice..motivation, readings etc. would be helpful. I am attemping to learn how to chart etc. good luck to all!!!....BTW my cycle has started again....i just took a HPT because it is light almost like I'm spotting but it was negative. IDK what's going on but I'm happy to have a place to share and get advice!
