No Periods, Less Periods
Period suppression is currently a very hot topic. Will you (or do you already) take prescription meds to stop your period, or to have less periods a year? Why or why not?

I'd rather have my natural cycle

I've been on Depo, where I had no periods and loathed it. It feels absolutely weird having flat level hormones all the time, even if it did knock out my migraines. Anyway, now that I use a menstrual cup the bleeding part of periods isn't a hassle. So I use a copper IUD for contraception, slightly heavier periods but mine are light anyway. Unfortunately I sometimes get bad PMS, but even though the doctor's offered me Cerazette, a progestogen-only pill that would probably stop my periods, I'm going to treat it with diet, light therapy and so on as far as I can.
