suddenly different periods and now spotting...

I wrote on here before when all of this started but i thought i should add to the story since my period has yet to straighten up lol. In June my period came early which was kind of strange because i'm never early, also it didn't last as long as it normally does. I was feeling like something was up, kind of this "pregnant" feeling, but i did not have sex around the time i would have been ovulating in May and even if i had, i have the copper iud. But just to be on the safe side during June i took 3 hpts, all negative. So i figured it was stress and went about my life, Then when it came time to have my period in july it was 3 days late, also never happens. i'm always 27 days apart and last for 7 days. But this one in july started with two days of light spotting (has never happened before) and then i bled for 3 days and spotted for 1 more. normally i bleed very heavy for 5 or 6 days and then spot for 1...so this one was totally different for me. Then to top it off, I am now ovulating and for the last two days have been spotting a tiny tiny bit..Just like a little on the toilet paper once or twice during the day. I've also been having headaches, backache, major fatigue, lower abdominal pain, feeling a little sick, smells bother me, and i just "feel" like something is up. So i did some searching on the internet and have heard everything from stds, infection, serious medical condition, to early pregnancy signs...and needless to say i'm worried. the stress isn't helping. I made an appointment to see my doc Friday, the 23rd, so i will be sure to update on here in case anyone else is having a similiar problem. If anyone has any idea or has gone through something similiar before please share your story..i feel like i'm losing my mind.
