Help the boy across the hall!!

Wow, I'm a freshman in college, and the boy that lives across the hall from me always knows when I'm PMSing. I get irritated easily, I'm always eating, I complain a lot, and most of the time I just don't want to be bothered. He tells me all the time that it affects him more than me, and all I do is look at him and tell him to get out of my face. It's really hard on me though! I can't concentrate in class, all I want to do is sleep and eat. Medicine does not work!!!
