arggg - periods and back pain

seems like the only place to put this. Back in late febuary i strained my lumbo sacral area of my back. never had back pain before or during my period, but ever since ive had extreme low low back pain for like a week and a half before dreaded af comes. Im getting rather tired of eating tylenol or other pain relievers the entire time.
