Conception Frustrations II?
If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?

Provera & 11 months TTC...almost ovulation time again...

Posted by: Junee on Wed Sep 29, 2010
I'm here with you girls...We've been trying for almost 11 months now, I went off the pill in late November. I know that isn't as long as some ladies have been trying, but for us, it feels like forever as I got pregnant with our first daughter in only 3-4 months and I wasn't even charting...probably didn't even know when I was ovulating back then! She will be 6 Monday, and I have had the baby bug for the past 2 years. We never imagined it would take so long, or we probably have started trying earlier. I am 26 and hubbys is 25, so we have some child bearing years ahead of us still (as everyone keeps pointing out), But I really want to be done by 27. So this is my last year in my mind...I will turn 27 next August, so that give us another 10 months...

My cycles are regular now, exactly 26 days...and have been for the past 3 months after some serious fluctuating before then. I took two months of Provera to regulate my cycles in May and June. Next doctor's appointment, we will be talking about trying Clomid. I hope Mother Nature works her magic for us this cycle before having to try more medications. I should be ovulating on my daughter's birthday, so maybe a little gift for us a younger brother or sister?? FX, LOBD to all of us trying :-)
