How many ovulation kits to get pregnant?

Posted by: sdk on Mon Nov 8, 2010
My husband and I are TTC our first child. I have a son from a previous marriageI have not been pregnant in 14 years. I forgot all the signs and symptoms from my first pregnany except how wonderful it was. I am trying to get an understanding about time frames. How long does it usually take to get pregnant when using an ovulation kit/ This was my first month using it. AF is set to visit around Nov 15th. I know I ovulated on the 3rd of Nov and my BH and I got down to business. I started noticing shooting/tingling pains in my nipples and slight cramps. My bbs never react to PMS, so I am wondering if it could be implantaion. I do remember the one other thing about being pregnant with my son, and it was the constant feeling like af was coming anyday. I will just sit and wait for another week or so, but am still excited. But don't truly want to get my hopes up since this is the actual first time trying, we practiced for awhile.
