Conception Frustrations II?
If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?

Stupid AF

Posted by: ljfroggy on Sat Nov 27, 2010
AF was due on Thanksgiving, I had AF-like cramps a week before that, the day before, day of and day after AF was due. I'm on cycle day 32 now, my average is 29 days. Its just so frustrating because I took a pregnancy test this morning and got all excited because I got used to the first response tests that come up with a control line in the first window and another line in the next window if you are pregnant, so if there was no line in the second window it was negative. So instead I used a cheap test and the first line came up, and then it took a while for the line in the next window to come up and I thought I was pregnant, only to read the instructions again and realize that the first window will come up a + if you are pregnant and the second window was the control line. Of course I'm not having anymore AF cramps, and it really frustrates me because I was hoping to find out Thanksgiving I was pregnant, if not, AF would arrive on time and would next be due on christmas day, so I was hoping to test christmas day too. So I'm just really trying to keep my hopes up that the test is wrong and maybe there's not enough hcg to detect.
