Cycle Perplexities
Is your cycle misbehaving? Like your usual N-day menstrual cycle is all of a sudden longer or shorter, or you're spotting where AF should be here in full force, or PMS symptoms but no sign of AF? And has it got you thinking (...pregnant?), or generally confused or stressed or time to call the OB/Gyn? CycleView your cycle!

19 day cycle! Noooo!

Posted by: heidelicious on Sun Jan 2, 2011
Like another poster on here, I have been experiencing duplicate periods! I had two in November, and two in December. I am mostly vegan, but I have really tried to reduce my intake of soy to a bare minimum because I know that it can mess with my hormones. I wonder what else can make a a person's cycle become shortened? Currently I have a cycle of only 19 days! This is no good, since I just started seeing someone new and we have become sexually active. I am not trying to get pregnant, in fact he has had a vasectomy so it is near impossible. I have thought about going on birth control to extend my cycle but I am wary of taking hormones. I have a chronic illness and I am already on medications for that and trying to keep those at a minimum as it is. Any comments, ideas, help? Sympathy and hugs would be fine too! :D
