TTC w/ PCOS... What can I do to make it happen??

I have PCOS and i'm trying to get pregnant. January 2010, my dr. told me that i had PCOS and that if i wanted to have a kid it would be extreamly hard for me. That i would have to take medication and be watched carefully. I'm only 20yrs. old and My husband and I have been TTC for 2 months now. I'm trying to do everything right.

I have a few friends that also have PCOS and they've gottin pregnant and are due soon. They told me that they didn't have to go get on medication to help. I'm wondering and hoping that i won't have to do medication.

For thoes of you that don't know what PCOS is, I'll explain it just a little. I have irregular periods. ("My Dr told me") If i'm not on bc i can go us to 8 or 9 months without a period. You must be thinkin that it sounds great... but your wrong. Because i don't have regular periods, my eggs don't drop, thus they stay in my overys and build up. Causing me great pain when i do wind up having a period.

For the past 4 days I haven't been feeling like my normal self. Normally my husband and I only eat once or twice a day. But this week i've been gettin up, eating a huge bowl of cereal, which i haven't done since i was a little kid. I'm always dying for something to drink. And I'm sleeping for 12 to 15 hrs a day. Two days ago my face started breaking out and my breast are somewhat tinder to the touch. I get irritated about everything. I'm thinkin that I might be pregnant??? On this site it says that my ov dates are January 05 - 09. I've read that sperm can live in your body for 2 or 3 days...

I want to be pregnant. I would love to bless my husband with a child of our own and starting a family with him. I go to bed praying that i will have to chance to go through the merical of child birth. I'm starting to think there is no hope for me to ever do that for my husband. Please if anyone has PCOS and is TTC, or has PCOS and is Pregnant, some words of advice would be great.
