Odd Cramping 2 days post Ovulation

My fertile period has just ended and today I'm having what feels like menstrual cramps. I've had some slight pain with ovulation before but it only lasted a few hours and was specific to one side or the other. This is actually my lower back and all across my lower abdomen. No spotting and normal CM. I think it's still too early to be implantation, was just wondering if anyone had this type of cramping/pain during this period of their cycle and if they knew what had caused it. I'm hoping for a BFP in a few weeks, but I know I wouldn't have any symptoms yet.
