Tinge of blood after Aunt Flo disappears?

I have been noticing that after my period has ended a few days later I find a tinge strand of blood in my CM.. and I don't see it again till after ovulation as well as before my period arrives.. is this normal? Any other ladies out there experience this and know what this may be.. I also slightly cramp which I think is due to ovulating.. the thin string of blood is not bad only happens once days after auntflow.. Any ladies can relate to this? what's your experience? Thanks in Advance.
