TTC After M/C
Are you trying to conceive after one or more miscarriages? How long did you (or will you) wait until TTC again? Who or what has been helpful to you during your difficult time: faith, the support of your partner/friends/families (or did you find them unable to relate?), others who you now found out also m/c'd...

Is anyone else afraid?

Posted by: folkpoetkate on Wed Jun 8, 2011
I had two misscarages in 2009 and 2010. In febuary of this year I tried with a new donor and became pregnant on our very first try. The problem with that pregnancy was that there were 3 eggs that became fertilized and did not attach properly. They were all gone by May of this year. I am not on any treatments, this was all natural. We are just doing at home insimination with fresh donor sperm. I am trying again this month, but I am afraid. I keep trying to relax, but it is hard. I wonder if anyone else feels this way.

I am also really hoping for only one or two babies this time. This will be my first child and I am afraid of having far too many babies for a first time mom to handle! It is my turnt for twins on both my mother's and father's side of the family. I just sort of feel too old for too many babies at this point.

Is there anything I can do to help with the fear?
