Conception Frustrations II?
If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?
Can seeing a chiropractor to help you get pregnant?????

This is long so bare with me. I recently went to a chiropractor (I work as a CNA and always have back pain)and the strangest thing happened. He did x'rays and I guess my L3 vertebrae was twisted and in the wrong place, or something like that. Anyway we were making small talk while he was doing the adjustment and he asked if I was just holding off on having kids. I told him I had been trying but wasn't able to. He stopped what he was doing, looked me right in the eye and said completely seriously "I think I can get you pregnant". He said the L3 was linked to the reproductive system and told me about other patients who had been trying and got pregnant after just a few visits. At first I thought this guy was crazy and after 5 years of trying I've almost accepted that I might just not be able to ever get pregnant and this jerk is sitting here giving me false hope. Then I went home and searched "chiropractor fertility" online and there actually are studies about women being able to get pregnant after seeing a chiropractor, a lot had been previously diagnosed as infertile. Has anyone heard anything like this before? I'm going to keep seeing this guy because lets face it, when you want a baby you'll try just about anything right?
