Pregnant? or Not? Help!!

Okay, so here is what is going on.

January 22nd I started spotting dark brown with clots until February 8, which was the first day of AF and lasted until February 19. On February 15, I went to the Dr to see why I was spotting. Her conclusion was that since I had my son March of 2011, and my AF has been all out of wack since his birth, that it was just my body's way of trying to catch up for missed AFs. She determined that my cycle is around 36-44 days, and also made the comment that you can still have your period and be pregnant (which I thought was weird but never asked her if she thought I might be.)

During the spotting, I had tension headaches, sleep deprived, exhaustion, can't focus, odd (like really odd) dreams, increased hunger, acne, cramps and bloating. During my AF I had all the same symptoms added with nausea and light headedness. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests over the last month all being negative, except one had a faint line a few hours later (not sure what that means, but I dismissed it because of the "don't read after 10 minutes" rule).

Now that my AF is over with, I feel like I am still on my AF, or that it will start up again. I have bloating accompanied by uncomfortable lower back pain, and it still feels like AF is still flowing, if you catch my drift. My calendar on here says I had ovulation during my spotting, which during that time we have had intercourse. I know what being pregnat feels like, but I also know that AF can come with pregnancy symptoms... Basically, I am just wondering if anyone has a similar situation, has an answer, or thinks it may be possible that I am pregnant. I'm just looking for answer and I'm overly exhausted to think too much about this so a little female advice/knowledge would be great!
