Period suppression is currently a very hot topic. Will you (or do you already) take prescription meds to stop your period, or to have less periods a year? Why or why not?

i want to know about stopping my periods
If there is something to take to stop my periods I will do it. I don't plan on having kids. My periods are very painful and have a heavy flow. I hate them! I sometimes have to call in cause they are so bad. I want to know what's out there to take and what are the side effects.

does this change my ovulation days?
I need help i came on my cycle on 4/1/12 and its cd day 4 and im seeing little to no bleeding at all then at 4am i get up and there it is again does this change my ovulation days or do they stay the same?

19 day cycle?!?!?!?!?!
I was hoping that someone has some insight or personal experience for me. I had a period from Jan 6-9 with a day & a half of very heavy flow & the rest was medium to light. I spotted on Jan 10th. I started my period today....only 19 days for this cycle. I didn't have any positive OPK tests this month, but since I may have ovulated as early as day 7, I wouldn't have since I didn't start testing until CD 10.
I have never had a cycle that short before, even before I went on the pill in high school for heavy bleeding & cramping. Has anyone TTC had this happen before?

Not preggo & no period. CONFUSED!!
NEED HELP!!! Well, I have punctual periods. Its rare when im late. If im late im late the most 3 days. It so happen that I didnt get my period last month, I took 2 home pregnancy tests and they were negative. Now im two weens late this month and idk why. At frist Imy hustband just thought I skipped my period due to the fact I stopped my birth control but this is two periods in a row. The pregnant question is out since I took the tesst 3 weeks after my missed period. Its NOT too soon for both to show negative.

Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome
Anyone else on here suffer with Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome? I do, I have irregular periods or no periods at all. I'm not trying for a baby yet, but want to in the near future so would like advice on anyone who has been through it on how best to prepare myself for that step.

Unexplained Bleeding
Back in April I had a period from the 2nd to the 6th. Then turned around and had another one from April 29th to May 2nd. I started spotting on May 13th only for that day. I again had a period on May 26th to the 30th. This is the first time I have ever experienced this. What does this mean??
