So Long Period Stains
Oxy Clean
Oxy Clean will clean those period stains even they have been on your underwear for years. You just got persistent with your scrubbing and they will come clean. Hand washing with Oxy Clean is best, too.

Stains
Hydrogen Peroxide on fresh stains works well but needs to be rinsed thoroughly or it can damage some clothing

So Long Period Stains
Hydrogen peroxide for spot removal
Hydrogen peroxide straight from bottle on spot then blot up and repeat as many times as necessary. The quicker you start treatment of spot the better...older stains don't get removed well at all.

Kids and Pets
there's a bottle of cleaning solution that costs about $5 at walmart for a huge bottle- it's called kids and pets- it take everything out. it even took purple permanant marker out of my cordory glider cushions. it's a miracle worker and very cheap for the amount.
