Could I be pregnant?

Hi ladies...My last period I had was oct 14/08, I have a 29 day cycle. Its is always pretty regular. I am 4 days late, taken 3 hpt, all came back negative. Just wondering if its too early to tell. All week Ive had cramping, headaches, lowerback discomfort. Just yesterday I thought I was getting my period and nothing. I usually know when its coming like a day before hand. I had a little discharge yesterday, which is why I thought I would have it when I woke up. I will wait till wednesday to take another test if I dont get it by then, if it comes back negative, I will go to my doctor. Thanks for listening...
Baby Dust to all....

My AF was scheduled to arrive on 11/1 which she did.. sort of. I had about two days of spotting no clots no cramps just spotting and it was over in 2 1/2 days. Usually I'm in extreme pain for 2 days and AF comes to visit for at least 4. I didn't think anything of it at first. But since then I have had fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite and major irritability all things I experienced before the 1st. This is exactly what happened when I got pregnant with my daughter and earlier this year when I got pregnant but miscarried (sigh) I'm trying to wait until December when I will officially miss a period but I don't know if I can.

My last AF was on 9/26. It was due on 10/31. I have taken three hpts and all were negative. I've had some early signs of pregnancy such as fatigue, nausea, changes in appetite, moodiness, and pains/twinges in the lower abdomen. I'm confused on what to do next or how long to wait. Any advice??

Okay...Last proper period, Oct 12 (right on schedule). Nov 1st, mild menstral-like cramping, breast tingling, and spotting for one day (i never spot). Cramping and tingling/sore breast continue straight through to my next period which starts right on time on Nov 10th. It's unusually light, but not any shorter. Here's the thing though, still cramping, still sore, having headaches for the past week and well as dizzy spells, and i've been tired as all heck. = Neg preg test(two days before period). What on earth is going on?

I had a tubal reversal in July, and my husband and I waited the recommended time before beginning to try. This is our third cycle, and I'm at 7dpo. My chart looks incredible, and all month long I've just been easy going, having fun with my husband and feeling really good about the whole experience. (this is the first month I haven't been filled with anxiety about whether or not my tubes healed correctly or whatever) So now, this morning, my temp dropped WAY low, which is positive. It's downright exhilarating, or should be, because it's the perfect day for an implantation dip. But now I'm all of a sudden back to being absolutely convinced that I'm not pregnant. If you asked me yesterday I would have said "I have a really good feeling about this month", but today, even with the excellent, encouraging chart, I am just filled with dread. Why?!?!?! I know that at this point last month, I flat lined at 98.2, and I've been up around 98.6 since I O'd, until this morning when I had my big dip down. Now I have to wait and hope that tomorrow morning I make a huge comeback. I think I'm going to pull my hair out wondering! I just wish I could find a little bit of my old tranquility again. . . God knows, I need it back. . . .

I had my last period on 10/10/08 and my period was suppose to arrive on 11/04/08. Last Sunday I took a pregnancy test and it cam out negative. Monday and Yesterday I had very little spotting, and then later on that day the spotting stopped. Now it's 11/13/08, I have not spotted today, and I have not have my period. Should I make a doctor's appointment to confirm if I am really pregnant? Me and my husband have been trying and I be excited to know if a baby is on the way.
