Could I be pregnant?

My average is 36 days. I felt awful. Nauseas, tired, extremely thirsty. I'm now on day 45. Yesterday I had a few drops of blood which I thought was my period. Nothing since. Have taken 2 preg tests, both which say NEGATIVE. Still no period. Still feel bloated. Have got an appointment with Women Health Practitioner on Monday but wondered if anyone can relate?

I am due to start on Nov 12, yesterday Nov.5 I had some spotting every time I tinkeled and today again the same. Not significant enough to use a tampon of pad. I usually have a 29-31 day cycle with no spotting. AF just comes on the day its gonna, full blown. I have period symtoms such as headache, cramps and backache. My period has never come this early, does anyone think if its possible that this may be implantation bleeding? I didn't have it with my first pregnancy, so I don't know what to think. It is probably just my period surprising me early for once, hope not though! :)

I am 45. Last period was Sept.11. Was suppose to start Oct.24. Never came.. Have taken several test all negative..Been having symptoms like cramping,gas,tiredness,dizzy,nausea. Don't know what to think..Thought I was too old to get pregnant..Should I continue to test or just mark it off as pre-menopause..Thanks

My period is due on 12th november, the last few days i have been feeling sick on and off, i have strange feeling in my lower stomach.I also have back ache and tired. Its to early to do a test. Does anyone have any views? been trying for a baby so it would be wounderful if i am pregnant.

For the last 3 days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) I have worn a panitliner because I am expecting my period ANY DAY NOW. Each day I have had one to two drops of brown spotting on that liner and nothing else. On Friday, I thought I felt like I was gonna start my period but now I don't. What could be going on that would cause this? It is kind of unusual because my period just usually comes on quick or I have one day of spotting before I start - but this is just weird to me. I've been a little fatigued but no cramps/headaches. So far I have not spotted today. My cervical position is high and soft ( I don't know whether it is open or closed.) Period was due anytime between last friday and tomorrow (28-32 day cycle.) Here's the kicker - partner has had a vasectomy.

So...I was due to get my period on October 24...it is now Nov 2 and I have absolutely NO sign of getting my period. I took a pregnancy test on the 31st and it came back negative.

I am sort of worried and confused. I am VERY regular. I am very rarely even a day late. The only thing that I can think of is that my surgery for my back on the 23rd has somehow delayed my period.

Ugh....I wish I knew! We already have a 16 month old....and we definitely want more children! We were planning on waiting until January...but if it happens it happens! The only funny thing is that IF I am pregnant...I am due the DAY after my daughters birthday! LOL...looks like I am SUPER fertile around this time of the year!
