Cramp Relief: Tea, OTC, Heating Pad in that order!
My first remedy for period cramps is hot tea. That doesn't work, I use OTC stuff, which is usually pretty effective.
But when they're really bad, and I'm at home, I pull out my heating pad and it's like goodbye cramps. My mom recommended heating pad, and it really works like a charm!
