Early Pregnancy Signs

I ovulated on 8//27 and am not due for my period till 9/11. For the past couple of days I have had tingling breast and been nauseous on and off throughout the day. Also, my hair has gone limp- not wavy/curly like it usually is. For a couple days in a row I had a mild headache. I am also having mid back pain and slight cramping in my uterus at times. I recently started prenatal's. Do you think these symptoms could be related to pregnancy, or the prenatal's? Has anyone else had the breast tingling this early on?

I recently took two pregnancy test which were both positive. I experienced all of the same symptoms that I have before my period - fatique, tender breasts and some cramping. The only new symptom was that my breasts seemed larger. I also felt hot all the time which is very different for me because I am the type of person who is always cold.

Usually when I start to experience cramping, I know my period will start within a half an hour of onset. However, this time I felt some cramping and did not receive a period. Two days after my period should have started I took a pregnancy test which was positive. I still feel occasional, light cramping and fatigue. I will meet with my doctor in a week to check things out.

I have a question for all my last AF was on 7/16 I OV on 8/1 it is now 8/25 and still no AF I am now 10 days late my breasts don't hurt I don't really feel nauseas but I have been mildly cramping on and off certainly not no AF cramps if you know what I mean! And my back has been in pain I also have no discharge what so ever of any kind do you think I might be pregnant??

My husband and I have been trying for 7 months now. This past month I went to the OBGYN to see if there is anything I can do and she sent me for blood work (on day 21 of my cycle) to see if I am in fact ovulating. I went for the blood work and was to call when my period arrived to go for more tests (to have dye put in to see if my tubes are blocked etc). My period was due on Friday (which would have been day 28. and today is Monday - day 31) I am always between day 26 - 30. So I decided to take a test today, but it came back negative. The past few days I had cramps and felt like I may get my period, but nothing came. Now the past two days I have had a horrible back ache, headache and felt nausea. Cross your fingers for me. and give me feed back please. thanks :)

I had my Af on June 1st and then again on the 29th, But nothing the whole month of July and as of today, Still nothing.. Ive Taken 3 HPT and they all come back negative.. Ive been cramping off and on for a few days but it always seems to go away, Anyone have any idea's???

My cycles are very irregular. I am about a month into my cycle but not expecting it for another couple of weeks. (I get my period about every other month.) For this last week I have been experiencing cramping and lower backaches. I thought it was that I was ovulating but it has lasted too long for it to be that. Just curious if it could be an early pregnancy sign. Did anyone have cramping and lower backaches as an early pregnancy sign before they got a BFP?
