I don't like my period!
Nausea....ugh
What I hate the most is the nausea. I can't stand being sick anyway, so when I get nauseous at all I can tell i'm starting and it makes me want to binge on meat and potatoes lol Seriously though, I can handle everything else, but feeling like your stomach is doing backflips every time you move is not fun at all.

I don't like my period!
Sore nipples?
What bothers me are the physical symptoms--bloating, cramps, headaches. But most of all I hate my sore breasts. I can't even find a comfortable bra to wear. Does anyone have any tips on how to get comfortable? I wish I could find a special "period bra!" I would definitely wear it every month!
Ouch!

I don't like my period!
I hate cramps too!
I have had cramps since my period started (forever!) it seems. I've tried Midol, Pamprin, Hot tea, Heating pad... nothing seems to work... except EXCEDRIN!! I take one as soon as I feel my cramps starting and take one throughout my cycle each until they go away. Around my fourth day or so my cramps get more intense and I can usually feel the pain when it's coming. I take one Excedrin right away and that takes away the pain. I do get moody every month around this time too, but I can deal with that as long as I can keep those cramps away!
Hope this helps.

I don't like my period!
Cramps Envied
I absolutely hate my menstrual cramps!! Every month I suffer with mood swings, nausea, and water retention. When I get my period the smell of food, perfume, or anything will make me vomit...is that normal?
I think I have the worst cramps in the world, I've taken Midol, Pamprin, and I've even tried a ThermaCare Heat Wrap and nothing works for me. If anyone has any suggestions I would be more than willing to listen and try something new!

I don't like my period!
Easier to ask, what do I like....
I don't like anything about my period, but feminine protection is my pet peeve. It seems that no matter how prepared I am I always end up soaking undergarments. It has always lasted at least seven days....which gives so many more chances to have a leak and believe me nothing is comfortable for seven days straight, NOTHING. And then I always feel tired and worn out....

I don't like my period!
No more period!!!
My gyn has recommended an endometrial ablation for my nasty periods. There is a good chance that this could end my monthly period or maybe I'll just spot a couple of days. Can't wait to see if it works. The only down side is that it doesn't really do away with the PMS issues since the hormones will still be working their magic.
