Conception Frustrations?
If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?

I am also getting frustrated with TTC. I figured since we are trying to conceive our 3rd child it wouldn't take long. Our first daughter took 6 months, the second 4, so I expected this one to be even quicker. WRONG. We are now on the 8th month. I am really confused right now though because I am 2 wks late but a blood test earlier this week (at CD 42) came back negative. My dr. told me not to worry and he will repeat the test next wk. It is going to be a long week. If my period comes or if the test is neg. again I will be really heartbroken. I am trying not to get stressed about it 'cause that won't help. I guess I just keep praying.

TRYING HARD
IT SEEMS EVERY OTHER MONTH I GET PREGNANT,BUT CANT SEEM TO STAY PREGNANT.I BEEN TRYING FOR 3 YEARS,NOW I CAN GET PREGNANT BUT CANT STAY PREGNANT,SO MY DOCTOR STARTED ME ON PROVERA TO HELP WITH LUTEAL PHASE DEFECT.

It will be a year in July since we got married. We decided to wait, but started trying in January after I went off of the pill. I really struggled with wanting to be a mom and I still am. It is getting harder as my newly married brother-in-law and his wife got pregnant and they weren't even trying! So many people around me are pregnant or have just given birth. I am still happy for them; but it gets harder everyday.
Now i'm two days late and my husband says well maybe you're pregnant, but I don't feel like I am. I have too many mixed emotions and am struggling everyday. I keep praying, but that's been tough as well.

waiting and waiting some more.......
it seems im playing the waiting game each month i have my hopes up to bring this dream to a reality.stocking up on pregnancy tests only to be disapointed in the end. I hope and pray that this month God will hear me and bless me in that way. Motherhood is so beautiful and i can't wait to be apart of that!!!!!!!babydust to all

Conception Frustration
I have been off the pill for about 4 years. My hubby and I haven't used any type of BC. So finally out of no where, I found out I was pregnant and the following week I miscarried. We were so devastated and were trying to figure out what went wrong. Now I am temping and getting to know my body better and nothing has happened and it's been 5 months. We too have lots of friends who are now pregnant after only trying 2 or 3 months. It has been so frustrating.

FINALLY A BFP AFTER 3 YEARS OF TTC...
AFTER I HAD MY SON MY PERIOD WAS ALL MESSED UP SKIPPING UP TO 3 MONTHS AT A TIME.. SO I STARTED CHARTING EVERYTHING AND STRESSING OVER IT FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND FINALLY IT BROKE MY HEART BUT I GAVE UP ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND NOW TO MY SURPRISE I AM 9 WEEKS PREGNANT. MY DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT WORRYING ABOUT TTC WAS STRESSING ME AND MY HUSBAND OUT WHICH WAS PROBABLY MESSING UP MY PERIOD DUE TO ALL THE STRESS. SO I'M PROOF THAT MIRACLES CAN STILL HAPPEN EVEN WHEN YOU AREN'T EXPECTING THEM. GOOD LUCK AND BABY DUST TO ALL!
