Oh the joy of being a women

So this is the most recent embrassing experience. I used to use bc pills and decided that considering I'm going on 30 don't want to put myself at any health risks...I go off the pill. Intially when I was young I had horrible cramps this is why I got on the pill. So we all know that after getting off the pill most of us aren't as regular as we would like to be including myself. I started at work, no signs, no horrible cramps NOTHIng!!! I bleed through my pants. I'm currently in supervision so I have to walk around most of the day instructing people what or what not to do. Went to our weekly meeting and presented our goals and objective to co-workers. I'm not sure when I actually started in the beginning or end of the shife. But when I got home and I was motified!
