SAHM or Working Mom?
Did you (or will you) stop working and be a Stay at Home Mom (SAHM)? Why or why not?
Any regrets in your decision, like do you find yourself wanting to go back to work, or in the middle of a meeting do you wish you were home instead? What would you tell other mom-to-bes who are considering being a SAHM - do it or not?

I am a mother of two, 8 and 5 years of age, and have been a SAHM now for 5 years. I have to say that it is one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. I have the great privilege of getting to homeschool both my children and it is a delight to watch them grow and learn and know that I am a part of that. There have been times when I get tired of being wife, or mommy, and just want to be me. When that happens I get together with some friends or try and do something nice for myself. I have gone back to work briefly because of finances, but just a couple of weeks later was back at home, injured from work, and relieved to again be able to devote the majority of my time towards my family and not a bunch of people who didn't even know me. There will always be pros and cons to every decision one makes in life, but what better way to spend yours than making someone elses the best it can be. Money comes and goes but love is for life.
