Embarrasing Menstrual Situation
Ever had a really embarrassing period experience? Did you tell anyone? What advice could you give others so it doesn't happen to them?

At least I didn't ruin my clothes...

I'm lucky to have a very light period and be pretty regular, so I haven't had many embarrassing moments. But last summer I went on vacation to the Canary Islands, and I think the long flight must have thrown my cycle off. We were at a nude beach when I felt a little trickle that I knew wasn't sweat...I had blood running down my thigh for all to see. I dipped into the ocean to rinse, but felt dirty for the entire long walk back to the hotel. Thank God that people that go to nude beaches aren't uptight about human bodies and their functions, and thank God for bidets!
