Impatient and tired of waiting :( !!!

Hello Everyone,
I have read alot of the post on here and it really dooes make me feel less alone...but also sad b/c you guys also have been having troubles. My fiance and I have been trying for over a year now. Still nothing at all. Every month is the same...this is so hard. I never thought it could be this hard to make a child. I want it so bad I start to wonder if my mind is playing tricks on me. You know when you want something so bad your mind can do it. B/c every months I have some kind of sign that we have finally did it. Then of course our favorite lil friend comes. This month I have a really good feeling and I am having more sign then ever. The only thing I don't have is a missed period and sore breast. I am not due to start for a lil more then a week. I have had mood swings...stomache has been upset...crying over stuff I normally wouldn't. I have been having cramps for the last few days or so...but no bleeding. I am so scared it is just my ming playing tricks on me. It would be so great to actually be pregnant and it would be a great birthday present. My birthday is on Sept 5th. I am gonna take a test on the 24th o this month...I took one already but of course it was too soon and was neg. That just makes me even more nervous I am afraid it won't change. I hate waiting...It is driving me crazy "loco"! I wish that as soon as you conceived something poped up and said you are pregnant...lol Does anyone have any advise for me????
