Please stay home...

DO IT! I think all moms should stay home or work from home. In this day and age when kids all over he country are growing up with no parenting we see an incredible decline in society. MY DH and I both had SAHMoms and we are SO THANKFUL! I can't imagine not having that and I see how it has helped me become a stable successful adult with a good relationship to my family. My DH and I just started TTC and we have built our financial plans around the priority of my staying home because it is so important to us. If you need help planning your finances to make it happen, I HIGHLY recommend the book "Total Money Makeover". I also became a Mary Kay consultant to be able to flexibly contribute from home once I quit my full time job. There are lots of options to work from home if it is absolutely necessary but please stay with your baby. You can always find a way for what is most important and you can never undo what your child learns when someone else is raising them. Either way, it sounds like you have your hands full with a nice big family and I wish you luck!
